Today's daily oil painting is an urban landscape nocturne of the Detroit skyline seen from Belle Isle.Today, August 9, 2011 is the four year anniversary of Postcards from Detroit. I really did not think I would still enjoy creating a painting every day after all this time and more than 1,300 paintings. I want to thank all my clients, collectors and friends for their support for making this possible. Maybe I will slow it down a little next year after five years.
