We were on our way to the DIA to see the Matisse and Picasso print exhibition and I had to turn around and shoot this one. I have painted it before but that is what is nice about Detroit it is always changing. This time for the better and not for the worse. 
The show was very inspiring!

I was honored to be asked to do a painting for a project for Luciano Benetton.
Mr Benetton intends to organize an exhibition  of these paintings next year in Venice, Italy. The paintings will be reproduced in a catalouge, made and distributed by an Italian editor and sold in libraries, museums and galleries.
Last year there was an exhibition in Treviso of the Russian canvases, next month there will be an exhibition in Milan of the paintings from China, Russia and South America. His plan is to make a catalogue for each area of the world. When all the collections are ready they will organize exhibitions all over the world
